The D'Adamo Health Protocols are a series of naturopathic techniques created and used by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo, ND MIFHI, that you can use to help enhance your health and vitality. 1. D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition - Teacher Formula- (Asian Ginseng: Panax ginseng): 100 mg, 1-2 capsules, twice daily. 

2. D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition - ARA 6 - 1 teaspoon, two times per day. 

3. D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition - Quercetin Plus - 1 capsule, 2 times daily on an empty stomach.

4. D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition - Proberry Caps - (Elderberry Fruit: Sambucus nigra), 4:1 Extract: 300 mg, 2 capsules, 2-4 times daily.  

5. Linden Tea - (Tilia sp): 1-3 cups, daily.

1. D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition - Nitricycle - 1-2 capsules, twice daily.

4. *Solgar Chinese Astragalus Root - (Astragalus membranaceus): 500 mg, 1-2 capsules, twice daily.

5. *Solgar L-Glutamine 500mg - 1-2 capsules, twice daily with 4-6 ounces of blood type O beneficial juice, away from food.

  

NON-SECRETORS

Your Secretor Status (Secretor or Non-secretor) is an important part of your health programme and diet. Further information on Secretor Status can be found in our article - The Importance of Your Secretor Status.

Non-secretors should add the following to their ABO blood type protocol above:

1. *Solgar Zinc Picolinate 22mg - (Zinc Picolinate): 1 capsule, twice daily.

2. *Solgar Dry Vitamin A 5000 IU - 10,000 IU: 2 tablets once per day.

 

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS USABLE BY ALL BLOOD GROUPS 

1.*Nature's Sunshine - Vitamin C 1000mg Timed Release - (from Acerola Berry or Rose Hips): 1 capsule daily.

 

NOTES:

1. As with all of the D'Adamo Health Protocols, we strongly recommend that this protocol is used in conjunction with your specific Blood Type Diet® or GenoType Diet® or GenoType Diet with® SWAMI GenoType III or OPUS23 protocols.

2. *All non D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition products recommended in this UK specific protocol, including but not limited to Solgar® and Nature's Sunshine®, may contain ingredients which are not blood type specific. These products have been included due to current UK legislation which prevents us importing and supplying all of the products recommended by Dr. D'Adamo ND, MIfHI into the UK.
