As all elite athletes will tell you, there are many commonly adopted principles which should be considered if you wish to keep your body and mind in peak condition for optimum performance. These principles include, but are not limited to - Adequate rest (napping) and adequate sleep to aid recovery, correct nutrition and regular massage. At Body and Mind Studio®, we founded our company on these principles. Our Personal Wellness Coach, Paul Hopfensperger, has represented GB in Open Water Swimming, completed two solos and a relay of The English Channel and is now passing on his advice and tips to YOU at Body and Mind Studio®.
