Coronavirus/COVID-19 Update

General Update - We are Open as Normal but there may possibly be some slight delays due to Royal Mail/Courier Work Loads and Brexit Bureaucracy

IMPORTANT UPDATE - 15/12/2021 - We have learned today that there are 60+ Cases of COVID-19 at the Royal Mail Peterborough Sorting Office which is delaying deliveries of D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition orders. We wish the postal workers a speedy recovery, and apologise to our clients for possible delays in receiving their orders.

Presently, we feel extremely lucky to have had no cases of Coronavirus/COVID-19 amongst our team, and have many preventative measures in place. Paul and Beccy have now both had their first of two COVID-19 Vaccines. We have hand sanitisers located all around the building, which everyone is encouraged to use throughout the day. All external visitors/delivery drivers are prohibited from entering our offices. Everyone is actively taking their immune boosting supplements to ensure our immune systems are as robust as possible based on our nutritional and naturopathic knowledge of the subject. We are constantly updating that knowledge whenever possible.

Impact on Customer Service

We are currently operating as normal, but some of our suppliers are operating with reduced staff which could affect a slight delay in normal delivery speeds. There may be occasions where we have to close telephone lines but you can leave a voicemail and we will phone you back in chronological order of receipt of the call. Please be aware that orders can be placed online 24 hours a day via both of our websites at and We do recommend that if possible, customers use the site to place orders anyway to avoid queues on the telephone order line.

Impact on Deliveries

We ship from three different warehouses around the country, and also from our offices here at Body and Mind Studio International Ltd depending on the product(s) you have ordered and to which country we are shipping to. I personally know that ALL warehouse and office staff are working tirelessly round the clock to get orders out on time. Currently, the couriers continue to collect each day; however, the increased number of people ordering means there may be delays in some customers receiving their orders. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we can give you options for ‘Priority Service’ to get your order despatched the same day (if ordered before 2pm GMT/BST - UK Time).

Changes to deliveries include that DPD will no longer ask customers to sign their handheld units and instead the driver will sign on your behalf. They will record your name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit.  With this new process, you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels.  This now forms their proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice. Royal Mail will leave on your doorstep having ensured you are present when delivering.

We are having to complete more paperwork and continue to adapt our I.T. systems for our international shipments due to Brexit and there may be a slight impact on international deliveries while we adapt to this new increased level of bureaucracy.

Impact on Stock Levels

Understandably, we are seeing an increased number of customers looking for nutrition products. Whilst our suppliers and us are doing our utmost to keep a continuous flow of stock coming in from our suppliers, we are struggling to keep up with the unprecedented demand. To preserve stock for as long as possible and so that as many people as possible can benefit from nutritional supplements to help boost their immune systems, we have limited the purchase quantities for some of our products.

Royal Mail - International Incidents Update - Coronavirus International Delivery

Royal Mail are working with their airline and postal/courier partners across the globe to maintain services, however delays should be expected. Many countries have implemented special measures to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, especially for signature service to maintain social distancing. 

The number of countries that Royal Mail can access is changing daily. Most major export routes remain open, and Royal Mail continue to accept and process mail, although customers may experience varying levels of delay. 

There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations. We strongly advise not to order items from us if you want us to ship to destinations listed as ‘On suspension’ on the link below.
