The D'Adamo Health Protocols are a series of naturopathic techniques created and used by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo, ND MIFHI, that you can use to help enhance your health and vitality. This protocol should be used for 4 weeks.

 

BLOOD GROUP A

1. D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition - Quercetin Plus - 1 capsule, 2 times daily on an empty stomach

2. D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition - Intrinsa - 2 capsules, twice daily

3. D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition - Polyflora A - (ABO-specific Probiotic): 2 capsules, twice daily

4. D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition - Deflect A - (ABO-specific lectin-blocking formula): 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily between meals

5. *Nature's Sunshine - Aloe Vera Juice - 60 to 180ml per day. Can be mixed with a Blood Type A beneficial fruit juice, vegetable juice or smoothie

6. Jerusalem Artichoke Powder - (Helianthus tuberosus): 750 mg, 1 capsule, twice daily

4. *Solgar L-Glutamine 500mg Vegetable Capsules - 1-2 capsules, 2-3 times daily with 4-6 ounces of a Blood Type O beneficial juice, away from food

5. *Nature's Sunshine - Immune Formula - (Bovine Colostrum) - 1 capsule between meals 2-3 times a day.

  

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS USABLE BY ALL BLOOD GROUPS 

1. D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition - ARA6 - (Larch arabinogalactan): 1 tablespoon, 1-2 times daily in juice or water

2. Ghee (clarified butter): 1 teaspoon, twice daily

 

NOTES:

1. As with all of the D'Adamo Health Protocols, we strongly recommend that this protocol is used in conjunction with your specific Blood Type Diet® or GenoType Diet® or GenoType Diet with® SWAMI GenoType III or OPUS23 protocols.

2. *All non D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition products recommended in this UK specific protocol, including but not limited to Solgar® and Nature's Sunshine®, may contain ingredients which are not blood type specific.
