Suggested Use 

Mix two level scoops of powder (30g) with approximately 200ml of water, milk or milk substitute and shake vigorously. Can also be added to your favourite smoothie. Each serving (2 scoops) provides 16.5g of protein when mixed with water, or 23g of protein when added to milk. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.
