Ingredients 

Organic Chinese Green Tea Leaves, Organic Rosehips, Organic Rooibos, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Licourice Root, Marshmallow Root, Roasted Chicory Root, Dandelion Root, Natural Raspberry Flavour, Natural Cherry Flavour. 

Brewing instructions

Boil water and allow to cool to around 82 Degrees Centigrade. Pour water over one teaspoon of tea in a strainer and steep for around two minutes. Remove tea, allow to cool a little, then drink as required.
