General Information

United Kingdom (UK - England, Scotland, Wales (excluding Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands/Shetland Islands and Scilly Isles)

For our UK customers listed above, we endeavour to ship all parcels ordered before 2pm (Monday - Friday) on the same day, but this does depend on the volume of orders received. We always do our best to ship within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). 

Standard Royal Mail Service - £3.99 per shipment. Please allow up to 5 working days from the date of despatch for delivery, although this is normally much quicker. Faster options are available and will be shown once your delivery address has been entered at the checkout stage.

Please note, for some orders over £50.00 we may at our discretion ship out your parcel via DPD (UK), UPS or FedEx Courier. You will be informed if this is the case and a tracking number e-mailed to you.

European Union (EU) Countries and Northern Ireland

For international based customers due to the customs paperwork we are now required to complete since Brexit came into full effect on July 01, 2021, we aim to ship within 48 hours Monday - Friday, but we will always endeavour to ship faster than this, again dependant on the volume of orders received. >> see further information here << 

This section applies to all orders placed with us from the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine. 

Orders despatched to these locations are subject to weight-based pricing displayed at the checkout stage as detailed below.

IMPORTANT:  Since January 01, 2023 we can no longer ship nutritional supplements to Germany due to German law preventing it. However, we can ship most other items so please contact us via our >> contact page << for further information.

For our non-EU Worldwide customers, due to the customs paperwork we are now required to complete since Brexit came into full effect on July 01, 2021, we aim to ship within 48 hours Monday - Friday, but we will always endeavour to ship faster than this, again dependant on the volume of orders received.

This section applies to all orders placed with us from the all of the countries not mentioned anywhere above. At present, due to international trade and/or courier restrictions, we are unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine or Iran. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.  

Orders despatched to these locations are subject to weight-based pricing displayed at the checkout stage as detailed below.

International Customers

While we try to ship to as many countries as possible, it is your responsibility to be aware of the laws and customs regulations in your country. Other than products shipped to the EU as detailed here, our shipping charges do not include any duties or taxes imposed by customs upon arrival. We cannot refund you for product delayed by or retained by customs agency officials.

Please note: Purchases made by International Customers may incur duties, custom clearance, and in some cases, may be subject to health authority approval in your country.
