Dosage and Information

• Suggested Use: Adults take one (1) tablet daily with a meal with a glass of water as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

• It is yeast free and suitable for vegans.

• WARNING: Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding. Long term intake of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
