Ingredients: Organic Green Tea, Organic Hawthorn Berries, Chamomile Blossoms, Organic Licorice Root, Organic Echinacea Leaf, Organic Hawthorn Leaves, Natural Lemon Flavour.

Brewing instructions

Boil water and allow to cool to around 82 Degrees Centigrade. Pour water over one teaspoon of tea in a strainer and steep for around two minutes. Remove tea, allow to cool a little, then drink as required.
