Ingredients 

Organic Chinese Green Tea, Peppermint Leaves, Eleuthero Root, Organic Rosehips, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Licourice Root, Organic Sage Leaves, Chamomile Flowers, Natural Peach Flavour.

Brewing instructions

Boil water and allow to cool to around 82 Degrees Centigrade. Pour water over one teaspoon of tea in a strainer and steep for around two minutes. Remove tea, allow to cool a little, then drink as required.
