Mullein Leaf has a bitter taste, so Nature's Sunshine have encapsulated the herb making it into an easy to swallow capsule.

• What is mucilage? All plants produce mucilage in some form to store water and as a food reserve, for seed dispersal and germination, and as a membrane thickener. Mucilage absorbs water and becomes slippery and when this happens it can help soothe and protect irritated tissues within the body.

• What are saponins? Saponins are chemical compounds found in plants that are known to help coughs by loosening phlegm from the throat and chest.

Mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus), capsule shell (gelatin, water).

Each four capsules contain: Mullein leaf 1160 mg.

Dosage and Information

• Sugested Use: Take two (2) tablets with a glass of water with a meal twice daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
