At Body and Mind Studio International^®, this therapy is delivered under the professional supervision of Paul Hopfensperger, who received specialist training in Andullation^® Therapy at the headquarters of the equipment manufacturer, hhp, in Karlsruhe, Germany. This incredibly relaxing therapy is part of our integrative wellness recovery and longevity focused programs.

What is Andullation^® Therapy?

Andullation^® Therapy is based on a technology that delivers rhythmic oscillations through a specially designed therapy mattress called an Andumedic^® 3. These gentle vibrations stimulate blood flow lymphatic drainage and muscle relaxation while integrated infrared warmth supports deeper tissue comfort.

How Andullation^® Therapy Treatment works at Body and Mind Studio International^®

Your Andullation^® Therapy treatment is delivered in a calm and comfortable wellness environment. Your treatment process will be as follows:

• When you place an order, you will be able to download a professional consultation form. This should be completed as fully as possible, and brought with you to your first appointment. It will then be assessed and signed by us prior to your first treatment.

• You will be comfortably positioned on our Andumedic^® 3 therapy mattress.

• Your Andullation^® Therapy gentle vibration and infrared warmth session will commence on your chosen settings.  

• Your relaxation, lasting for up to 30 minutes, will begin under professional supervision.

• Once completed, we will leave you in a relaxed state for up to 15 minutes.

• Post treatment hydration and relaxation guidance.
