Nature's Sunshine® Red Raspberry - Used for Centuries During The Later Stages of Pregnancy
100 Capsules. 16 day supply. Suggested Use: Take two capsules with a meal three times daily. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.
The leaves of the popular Raspberry fruit plant are traditionally used for their high Tannin content. The Tannins in Raspberry Leaf give it astringent properties which make it soothing when used internally, whilst its Vitamin C content contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
The specific combination of nutrients in Raspberry Leaf makes it extremely beneficial for the female reproductive system, and for centuries Red Raspberry leaves have been used by women, especially during later stages of pregnancy to prepare for the birth. The leaves contain Manganese, Iron and Niacin, otherwise known as Vitamin B3. Niacin contributes to normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal mucous membranes and skin. It also contributes to energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Manganese also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
